Hello 365ers, I’m back. (You probably didn’t even know I was gone). I have been away for a week up at our lakeshore property at Shuswap Lake in BC’s interior without computer or wifi. We have made the difficult decision to sell and so had to go up, meet with a realtor and do much yard maintenance and interior sorting and organizing to get it ready for showing. It has provided us with many years of pleasure and more happy memories than we can count but now it is time to move on to new adventures. I filled my calendar week but no need to view or comment, I just did it so I wouldn’t have any empty spaces. Even so, I cheated a little because not all pictures were taken on the date they have been posted for but at least they all were taken during the week.

I was wondering why you were not posting! What a pity to sell this beautiful home away from home. I do suppose there comes a time in one's life when one just has to move on. Hope the showing is a big success and you get what you want for it. Wish I could buy it ;-)
Sounds like a beautiful place. But you will be shed of the maintenance, upkeep, taxes, insurance, etc. Perhaps there's someplace else you can rent on occasion to remind you of the good times.
I have always thought it would be a lovely thing to have- a house on a lake. I hope all goes well with the sale of it. This picture would advertise it well!
