Back in the saddle

I’m ashamed to admit how long it’s been since my last visit to the gym. Sadly I have no real excuse other than life is busy and full. I finally got back to my SPENGA class: 20 minutes of SPinning, StrENgth and yoGA. I felt good at the end but I really felt it the next day. I’m looking forward to getting back into a gym routine.
