I don't have the editing skills to improve this pic, but it has been a very long day and this sweet little face makes me happy!

We got a call at 7:00 this morning that our son-in-law, Justin was in the hospital. He got sick early this morning and had to go to the ER. Tests showed that he needed an emergency appendectomy.

The surgery went well and we're hoping he can come home tomorrow.

Justin is my new granddaughter's dad. We went to stay with my daughter and the grandkids today. I only took a few pics and this was my favorite. McKinley was hiding behind the baby's bassinet. When I peeked around with my camera, I got this sweet smile. :0)

I don't think he's supposed to have the TV remote. I think that might be why he was hiding. LOL!

I am totally worn out! I will catch up with your lovely pics tomorrow. :0)

Glad to hear your son-in-law is doing well. My son went through that three years ago. He's young, and he was in and out of the hospital in 12 hours with no overnight stay. Much easier than when we were kids.
