When you put rubbish down the garbage chute, you don't necessarily think of someone having to do this. Saw these guys emptying garbage into one of the public bins today. They were taking turns to tip the bin up and sweep out any remaining contents, then they lifted the sheet underneath to transfer it into the bin. I'm not sure why the building chutes aren't more accessible for the bin lorries.
