I was lucky enough to do a training session with Dame Kelly Holmes last month. This month I went one step better and she accepted my invitation to come and join my running group for the morning. I can't say enough positive things about this woman - she gave personal time to everyone, offering tips, suggestions and encouragement. My running has definitely improved because of the advice she gave me.
Critique/suggestions welcomed for any of my shots. I want to improve so appreciate any comments you have.
