Every week the national football stadium is open for free step training. This is the first time I've been able to attend and it was good fun. I took this towards the end of my second round so I did about 1,800 steps.
There are signs to show you how many you've done, free classes (box-fit and pilates) and little workout stations in between the steps. Helpfully for many people there's also a bouncy castle to keep kids occupied while their parents pound up and down.
Critique/suggestions welcomed for any of my shots. I want to improve so appreciate any comments you have.
