Every morning a drive by this tree downtown and everyday I'm surprised by this tree: it has leaves and branches only on the side of the road... it seems to be 100% natural ....
Looks like some of our utility companies' work. They're prone to cut off branches that are near the power line and leave the rest of the tree - misshapened. Curious isn't it but captured nicely.
