Pimientos de Padrón.

Since two weeks we have decided to reduce meat and chicken. So Im trying new recipes of vegetables....
Small green pepperoni with olive oil and salt.
I like roasted peppers and am partial to red peppers. (I don't like those hot ones). I use the olive oil and sprinkle rosemary on them.

Beautiful dish, made that decision over 2 yrs ago, didn’t regret it , love my Ottolenghi recipe’s for the vegetables

I don't remember the last time I ate meat - can't believe the recipes I have discovered and the range of tastes I enjoy now. this looks right nice!
