My parents reunited after the surgery of my father, everything went well, I stayed with “my mum and her Alzheimer” , she was really disoriented without him during one week and so happy when he’s has be able to come back home.
Their hug let me in tears.
Thank you all for all the very kind words, the prayers, the best wishes and the support, I’ve really appreciated all these signs of kindness , you’re all are part of a great community ❤️
@marlboromaam I didn’t know Maggie, you have all my best thoughts and support. I just realized reading commentaries on my previous posts that I have the feeling that every family experiences this desease , so many people affected and so many families touched... and still no hope of cure ..
That must be so difficult on your mum to be without her guy! Glad things went well with his surgery. Sorry to hear your mum was recently diagnosed with Alzheimer...heartbreaking. I remember helping both my parents at the same time and it was challenging mentally, physically and emotionally. They both passed in 2005, along with my mother in law...a tough year.
