I wanted respond to you on an earlier photo of yours. Meds to help me have horrible side effects so losing sleep and super dry mouth for about 5 months now so awake a lot though the night. Long term meds had to be stopped as they fall into the bottom end of controlled substance. Will have to get some advice from my Dr as my hypnotherapist I started seeing about 5 months ago can only help so much. Dealing with things I should have dealt with many years ago though they say its never too late. You are so nice to ask. I truly appreciate it. Hope I have not said too much. I hope you are doing well. I want the life I had back again and the energy to post and comment like I used to as well. Happy just to be able to come back and know people I enjoy are still here, like you.
