Beautiful photo; I love the vibrant color! Please forgive me for bringing this up -- but I sincerely believe that this is Buddleja, or Buddleia (butterfly bush) rather than crepe myrtle. Either way, it is a beautiful photo!

@dsp2 Thanks for pointing that out. I believe you are right. I was just reminded of crepe myrtle by the shape of the flower clusters.
