In the corner of the room sits an abandoned toy,
how long has he sat there?
Forgotten.
The only attention he has had is from the spider,
that spun a thread linking him towards heaven.
Is this a prophecy for what lies ahead?
Life has moved on,
but he remains there,
ever hopeful that a pair of hands will pick him,
love him.
Replace his batteries,
and allow his voice to be heard once more,
to press his hand,
and hear him respond.
or is he soon to be sent to some sale
or worse still
will he be put in the bin.....
is the sun about to set?
