A beautiful afternoon, so we headed for the local park.
We had left church late and my granddaughter always takes ages to eat, so we didn't want to waste any of the glorious sunshine whilst travelling!
Autumn is definitely well underway, as by 2.30pm it was already quite nippy in the shade! We always seem to walk around the lake in the opposite direction to 75% of the other visitors, but my daughter likes to test the depths of various streams. This also means we reach the cafe & play area last!
As the sunset the sky took on a beautiful glow, perfect for photographs!
