Unique Perspective by daffodill

Unique Perspective

I love daffodils.
Cheap.
Brash.
Short lived.
But few things can add a splash of colour to a room, garden or view they way they do.
Growing sunshine :)

As I looked at my vase of daffs, they remind me that we all have a unique perspective. We may be in a group, looking in the same direction, but we will notice different things.
Quite often my husband will refer to something he has observed, maybe a bad bit of driving, or a sign, but I am not a driver so often I don't see these things. I am too busy looking at the shadows on the fields, or something else that has caught my attention. My husband is colour blind, a field of poppies passes unnoticed. If I point it out, and he really concentrates he can see them. I cannot imagine how red and green can look similar. He, on the other hand, cannot understand why I can't find a piece of paper that is on my desk (along with many more) when I have looked 3 times already.
Different perspectives. Appreciate what God is showing you. Whoever/whatever you perceive him to be.

PS Having read one of the 'hate' threads I did wonder if I should change the way I do my project. But it is MY project. Maybe I do write too much and should allow the photos to speak for themselves, but, for me, that has been one of the most interesting part of the project, discovering what my photos say to me.

Thank you to everyone that ever looks at my photos, or comments. it is very much appreciated. :)
I love the glow of these flowers and the sentiment in your comments. Thanks for your positivity!

"“Best not to read the hate thread! I'm not particularly frumpy but the language on there seems to be at a decidedly lower level than the rest of the site so I decided not to bother with it. Best buy of the year - 3 bunches of dafs, £3 - sunshine in winter!”

Arghh! just missed reply button & hit delete!!! Does this work if you type in the name of the person you want to reply to? Apologies I am just being more dangerous than usual! Please let me know if you get a notification from this!

I love to read your stories! Please don't change! I read the first hate thread and felt the same way about my pics.It really bothered me! This time, I skimmed it and took it with a grain of salt. If people don't like my pics, they can always unfollow me. Don't let them bother you!!!!!! Daffodils are my favorite flower, too! I always associate them with wonderful memories of my grandmother. :0)
