Reflective evening service, so despite the temperature we had loads of candles!!!
The Title was 'Promises - Past, Pentecost and Perfect', tying together Ezekiel 36:22-32 with the beginning of Acts 2, and looking at what this means for us today.
Highlight of the evening was a 'radio style' drama bases on the Acts passage, with a very 'Corporal Jones' Dad's Army style James, who cried...
"Don't panic! Don't Panic - the room's on fire'
The story was narrated by a fictional character, Zed, who owned the Harp and Halo where they all met.
The enthusiastic Peter was also a joy to listen too!
