Spiral staircase at the back of The Quays next to the River Severn in Worcester.
Unfortunately, due to the excess water it ends in a flood caused by the overflowing River Severn, which the resident have to paddle through.
Note the cafe furniture stacked on top of a flat roof until the floods subside.
