Another wet Monday. I work Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday. Mondays and Fridays are exploring days, workload permitting, and since the summer it feels like most of these have been rainy.
After a very wet weekend everywhere looked very wet, and more rain was falling from the sky, so we decided to start off with a tapestry exhibition, which was on display at a local church.
This was the view from the Car Park 2.
Good idea to take photos from the car park. Had not thought of that. This shows the autumn colours very nicely. My only suggestion would be to crop some of that featureless sky from the top which then focuses the attention on some of those nice trees.
@nairda That's an interesting point. If the sun had been shining then I probably would have just gone for the colour, but as it wasn't I think they grey provides the contrast to make the colour stand out. As I live close to the town centre I rarely get to go in the car parks, so a highlight of my day :) I enjoy seeing your photos of near & far :D
