After a morning working I needed some fresh air, so we went to the Arrow Valley Park. We walked from the car park in Washford Lane, to Arrow Valley Lake, via Ipsley Pool, and a few muddy trails - over two hours walking. It was windy and lovely to be out in the fresh air, admiring the trees now most of the leaves have fallen.
