24 years ago I got married and acquired an instant family! We didn't have a lot of money, so a friend kindly took photos for us. Flash was rather cruder back then, as you can see from the dark halos behind our heads!
24 years! Where has the time gone!

Once we set the date my Mum told me it was the 60th anniversary of my grandparents getting married, which had also been a Saturday.
Congrats!! My 24th is on the 6th Jan - I hope you had better weather - I seem to remember that the 27th when my friend got married was a glorious day but we had back to back drizzle. We are trying to work out if people will travel for a silver wedding party over next Christmas.
@judithg It was mild and damp as I remember! Where have the years gone! Yes, we didn't consider things like anniversaries when we got married. It will be interesting to see what transpires!
