Went to a nearby garden centre, where we were pretty sure we would get some Black Eyed Susans.
They have some lovely gardens to wander around. I took this shot of a flag iris in the informal part.
Flag Irises are one of my fav flowers, got some wild ones from Scotland in my garden, not dug up though..roadworks had torn up the verge and roots were laying dehydrating all over the place so i rescued some that are now thriving.
