Beautiful. I've recently moved back to my home of 30 years ago and I'm so lucky to have some open parkland, woods, stream etc within a 5-minute walk despite it being a suburb of Birmingham... Love the scene, it's rather like my daily walk too :)
@filsie65 Hi Phil we are not far south of Brum, so probably very similar vegetation. My Nan used to live on the boundary of Northfield and Kings Norton, and yes there are often quiet spaces within cities. For years the only red squirrel I had ever seen was in Tritiford Park in Birmingham whenmy Grandparents lived in Yardley Wood :)
