In a time, long, long ago, I went to college here for a short time. It's in downtown Miami, before Miami became HUGE. This little historic building (that I didn't completely appreciate at the time) is now surrounded by very high buildings. Sigh... I used to walk home (lived right on Biscayne Bay) and pick up a fresh jug of freshly made Pina colada mix. Yum.
Hmm telling your secrets from your past?
Sounds like a good place to put the "Pina Colata songs: If you like pina colatas and like getting caught in the rain.
@skipt07 Well, I used to love fresh fruit piña coladas, but this was just the fruit part that I would buy at the farm stand. And , wow, did I get caught in the rain once! Thanks for playing along!
@chard I think the building was built in 1900 or so. It's so odd seeing it dwarfed by these buildings. The piña colada mix I bought was just the fruit. Like a smoothie. I only drank wine spritzers in the apartment. I was only 17.
