My heart is happy. Got to spend about eight hours with Katie as she spent the night with me before catching her flight to Alabama this morning. She had unexpectedly flew to Duluth to spend time with her dad over the holidays. We enjoyed a delicious dinner at my brother and sister-in-law‘s and Katie got to visit With her niece, too. Would have loved more time with her but she is anxious to get back to her own husband and daughter. I am grateful for any time at all with her.
