@philipmad1 I think it is called rape seed in some other countries. It is made into canola oil for cooking etc.

Great shot of a sea of Canola, or oilseed rape ax we callit in the UK, Canola being the trade name of a specific cultivar used by the CANadian OiL company who claimed that it was less carcinogenic than other rapeseed oils. Nice shot neverthelesa, and another fave for me!
