This is one of the salvaged buildings at Fort Williams. Originally it was built to be housing for the officers on base. Currently it is office space! I took this today in the pouring rain...because it was raining I wasn't paying attention to my settings and the pics came out horribly....but! I've been trialing this software by Topaz labs and it has a "denoise" tool! Absolutely amazing results!
Also....does this photo seem to tilt down to the right? I checked it and its level but I could swear its tilting...maybe I've been looking at it too long!!
Wow -- the processing is perfect -- no noise at all -- it simply looks like a day without much sun. If you look at the right chimney, it looks straight, but if you use the balcony rails, it does look tilted. You could straighten in picmonkey without having to repost and lose your comments.
I like the old building and its history is interesting.
What you need, is a perspective correction lens, and Nikon makes the best of them. I was able to use a Nikon PC lens at work a long time ago, and it made all the difference to have the verticals perfectly parallel.
