Here is the same baby squirrel living in the dugouts at the softball field. Today he spent the entire game in the dugout with the girls, eating the snacks that fell on the floor. He ate a lot of chex mix and probably too much of an oreo cookie!! Once he ate his fill, he tried to climb the wall 3 times to his nest and kept falling as he got to the very top. He seemed to know I would help and sat at my feet looking up at me. If I stepped back he followed. Eventually, I picked him up, stood on a bucket and returned him to his nest. Beginning to think something happened to his mama! :(
