Brown Tail Moth

These nasty caterpillars are only found in Maine and Cape Cod in the US. They cause a nasty itchy rash and spin these nasty white webbed nests. They are are big problem here this year.

That is a really thick looking nest. Yuck! We always have problems with tent caterpillars. Like your composition.
