Dehydration Abstract by digitalrn

Dehydration Abstract

The heat wave continues, though we did have a brief shower this eveing, it was not enough to make any significant difference. This is a dehydrated bloom from my wife's planter that I found lying on the porch.
Cool focus in this shot.

Poor thing! Some of my Coneflowers were beginning to droop so I had to water them tonight. But we're not as severe as this yet. Praying for rain for so many people!

Love your great depiction of the heat! Beautiful color tones ... I love flowers in all their stages of life. The heat continues here too ...we were promised rain today, but no luck. Dry as a bone.
