And it's not the car. I was watching this guy this morning across the way, apparently having some overheating issues with his car, as he made several trips back and forth with a water jug. So for his troubles I thought I'd give him a spot on 365.
Pour guy did he have to go to someones house for water? it is very annoying when your car starts overheating...we drove an old cadillac on a trip to the niagara falls- a good 2 -3 hour trip depending on the traffic. well we had to do the same thing..always stop for water on the way home..we didn't us the highways but strictly country roads. I thought we never got home that day. yes this car and owner made it to the internet..if only he knew.
I remember one time my car overheated in the worse part of Logan City... and I found out that my water pump broke! In the older cars - especially Celicas - this isn't supposed to happen. But I was in a horrible part of Logan Central where there was only one phone booth and some numbskull was using it to talk to his girlfriend while I was begging him to call her back after I called roadside assistance... and to add to the freakiness of the area, the sun was going down. :(
It took a few days to get the car fixed, but it was back on the road again with a replacement part I bought from Rocklea; after I amazed the store owner by showing him my broken water pump. He held up the two pieces and muttered: "That's just not supposed to happen."
There's something about me and cars, always has been trouble so far. Will have to break that curse before I even think of getting myself one again. Cool candid shot
