I just found this article and thought I'd share. It is about this photographer's 91 year old grandma who was suffering from depression. So the grandson decided to give her a photoshoot. The story and the photos are extraordinary.
I hope to be as lively a grandma as this woman someday.
Photography is very healing for me. Just as as musician writes lyrics as a means of release I take photos in the same way. A few of my 365 images from last year reflect that.
@foursides thanks. And I know what you mean. People tend to tell me that I am very honest and open on here (I usually have a story to go along with my photo of the day). It is a beautiful thing.
