Facinating stuff and a wonderful time capsle of what once was. Interesting that I've never seen a photo of an American Indian with a beard. Even in all the old westerns I grew up on, Indians were always clean shaven.
@cromwell We don't grow facial that well if at all. These are awesome pics. :-)
It would be awesome to do one of those photo in a photo shot with these pics and what that location looks like today from the same spot. I would be very curious of the canyons and how they have changed, let alone where there was desert and now is heavily populated.
@cromwell Most Native Americans do not have facial, chest or back hair. My brother and I are about 1/32 Algonquin and my brother has One chest hair and his facial hair grows in very patchy
These are totally amazing, even to a Brit!! I love the atmosphere and the sadness over a loss of a way of life. @hopess13 It would be fantastic to see how some of these places look now. Fancy carting all his equipment around and surviving all those travels. Thanks for sharing.
Yeah is my twisted sense of humour but I am sure you know that as you already follow my twisted life...... ;-)
I must add I do love these types of shots and I am glad people spent the time and money to not only take these shots way back then but they were kept for all of us to see and appreciate.
