Tom Wood's men and women

Not anyone I've ever heard of, but this chap's been photographing the people of Liverpool and Merseyside for 40 years. Some interesting thoughts - his obvious responsibility to the people he photographs on the street, and the differences between digital and film photography/prints.

@sparkle - my thoughts exactly, can't normally do Thursdays when they open late, but other days they open till 6 which we could do if we skived off a tad early?

Those are great! I'd go to see them if I lived closer. :-)

"Right Here," where he is photographing those blokes through the window and you can see his own reflection; that is so fascinating! He is right THERE, pointing the camera right AT them through the glass! I hope to be able to do that with ease one day, but for me it is so difficult. Amazing!

@rich57 @sparkle - I can probably do next Wed.
