To my 365 friends, I have seen other threads doing this so I thought I would post here too. If anyone thinks this is inappropriate please let me know below.
I have entered the following photo posted here on 19th August into a Facebook competition for Textures. If you you think my photo is worthy of a vote I would really appreciate it. The competition closes on Wednesday 6pm Australian East Coast Time.
@elaine55 oh I'll have to go back and look, the ones I saw were ozziehoff's. Your photo is wonderfully textured and should be getting votes - I find the Facebook contests are often who has the most "friends" not necessarily about being judge per the parameters of the contest or for the beauty of the image. ;(
@sianipops I totally agree about the friends aspect Nia. This is the first time I have entered one of these comps, I have actually voted on a few photos that I really liked in this particular comp, I assume the shot next to mine will win. I will go back and look as I don't know ozziehoff. Thank you also for the lovely comment re my photo.
@sianipops just wanted to let you know that there is a panel of judges for the winning photo and then there is a people's choice which is obviously the voting one.
@elaine55 that's good. Went over to see if I could recognize Abhijit shots and thought they were familiar. You are up to 44 votes, you can also only vote once per image which is good. Ozziehoff's flower is right next to Abhijit's shots and further down is a feather with water droplets.
