not mine - mine are all present and correct and too expensive to lose : 0

It was probably one of those damn 17-85mm pieces of rubbish that Canon won't even cover under extended warranty anymore (probably because we've sent so many back to them with Error 01). I've thought of throwing those things a few times. ;)

er sorry,, I was just so frustrated with it.

did a canon user decide to make an impacting point when they switched to nikon? (had to make a nikon / canon debate comment hehehe)

The lens on my canon doesn't come off- so I'm safe.
September 18th, 2011
Hahahaha. Shouldn't laugh but that is quite funny.

@soxfansara The owner probably got frustrated at how soft it was. ;)
September 18th, 2011
@jinximages Aha YES.
September 18th, 2011
@jinximages I just recently got this error on this lens. Guessing it's an ongoing issue then? Dang!
September 18th, 2011
@jinximages @soxfansara Ah yes... the old ... "This lens is so soft if I launched from a catipult it wouldn't even go through a barn roof"

@kezzam You can try cleaning the contacts (use a pencil eraser), but it is probable that it will need repairs. Hope that it is under warranty - if it is not, I suggest buying something else.

@icywarm Hahaha! That made my day! :D
