@annaruth how unfortunate :) But if you want to risk it. :P

Very cool. I bet the creative people of 365 would think of a ton of cool things to do with that.

You mean all cameras aren't throwable? lol What a cool idea, thanks for sharing!

Wow, that is so awesome! What a fun camera that would be to own!!

@annaruth That is sooo cool Anna! There's only one problem with this camera as far as I'm concerned- what if you have no eye/hand coordination and are a terrible catch!? If I was the guy on the cliff that camera would have gone bye-bye!! (o: lol

@olivetreeann good question. I would never risk it there. But I hope they made it shock resistant like a lot of point-and-shoots are these days so that if you drop it (not on a cliff), it shouldn't break.

that's pretty awesome - i am sure that the technology will develop over the coming years and integrate into other things like professional sports. i'd like to have one. :)

@clarissajohal haha! I wish my camera was throwable sometimes.

@sdpace I totally imagine soccer being played with a ball like this.

Throwing a camera is just not right. It deserve the respect for what images it brings us. But, a camera designed to be thrown, interesting.

I wonder how heavy it is and the quality stats. And as for the cliff. If it took pictures all the way down, you know, that might be cool. The hike down to get it wouldn't be cool.

It's pretty cool, but it looks like it's got some tweaking to do before it's ready to be marketed. The stitching errors are awful. And I really don't like how each camera uses it's own metering. The metering should be locked across all cameras so you don't get the dark and bright areas.
