I am embarking on a pinhole project myself currently. Not easy. You really need to calculate time the shutter is open, etc. It is all guesswork in some ways. Pinhole Conversion factors, etc. Lots of experimentation. Did it when I was a Teenager, years ago. Thought it was time to do it again.
