It seems correctly exposed, and sharp, but I can't tell what the intent of it is.

Is it to document the name of the street? Without context, it is difficult to assign it an aesthetic value.

I agree with @gurry here. The dragon gives the pic some more interest and shot vertically, it would be a great photo!

I agree, exposure and focus are ok, but the picture doesn't speak to me, doesn't tell a story. Including the dragon would be a good idea. Sometimes a larger view is better than close-up because it gives a context and makes a story. Here, perhaps you could play with contrasting elements, for example modern/ancient
