I agree, exposure and focus are ok, but the picture doesn't speak to me, doesn't tell a story. Including the dragon would be a good idea. Sometimes a larger view is better than close-up because it gives a context and makes a story. Here, perhaps you could play with contrasting elements, for example modern/ancient
Is it to document the name of the street? Without context, it is difficult to assign it an aesthetic value.
