Do you know here any good portrait/people photographers who are almost every day dedicated to people photography - I mean random, interesting photos which aren`t always by the rules and not posed photos !? I really want to learn that.
There's a bit of a paradox in your question. I just mean, portrait photogs shoot mostly posed shots. They might not look posed, but they are. Street photogs though... that's all sorts of awesome right there. Brian's suggestion seems a great place to start for that.
I would love to take better pictures of people, but I just don't think I'm interested in people enough to do so. I find photography more of a solitary thing for me.
if street photography is something that you want to try and get into, then i cannot recommend this enough! http://book.85mm.ch/GoingCandid.pdf
someone posted it on 365 in the summer (i forgot who, but credit to whoever it was!) and it's a really great read that should give you lots of ideas :)
@viranod had an album that was pretty good as well (did he stop?): http://365project.org/viranod/365-portraits
