Hello. I just joined 365 this year. I did Photo A Day on my own blog at Live Journal last year and found it tremendously fun. So much so, that I have sorely neglected my writing for the past year!! (that's a biggie for me!)
I just wanted to say hi. At the moment I am using a Sony Cybershot but I've only had it for about a week. I am already wanting to upgrade to one with multiple lenses. I can do so, since I'm not out 30 days on my purchase yet. :)
I joined This year as well. I needed some inspiration to keep a camera with me and to shoot daily. I am also finding the images here very inspiring. I look forward to seeing your images. :)
Hi This is the first time I have ever tried anything like this. I almost quit last night, it was after 11:00pm and I had no picture yet. But I pulled through! I better start taking them earlier in the day! I hope I make it 365.....time will tell. Good luck to all of us!
@Bill - At the moment I have a Sony DSC-HX7V. Is the DSC-H9 the one with the interchangeable lenses? There was one there I was coveting, and now wish I had bought. I might exchange out the one I have today for the other one. I am wishing I had lenses.
@jennakayfrancis Get your self a canon or Nikon,then you will have a huge selection of lens and other goodies to spend your money on..... Then again don't as that was the trap I fell into.... Too many things to buy and not enough money.... :)
My problem is that I cannot use anything much heavier than a cybershot. My daughter has a digital slr with several lenses, but I can't hold it. I had troubles holding the Nikon Coolpix as well. This little Sony is a good size and weight for me, but there was one the same size that interchangeable lenses. I just can't remember which one it was now. Grrr
Hi! Im new too. I've never done anything like this before. I have Nikon D40 but I have been using my iphone a lot, and I'm hoping that this will get me back into the swing of carrying around my real camera every day.
