I use "little photo" which is so far the best one I found for my android... but the pictures of my cell usually really lack quality. I might upload some edit pics with my cell phone since my camera is being repaired.

There is also a simple version of adobe photoshop for android.

adobe makes one... cost 10 bucks... totally worth it... designed for tablets... dont know how it works on a phone.

I've downloaded a few free ones, and still playing around with them. So far I like "Photo Art", and not sure about "Photo Grid", "PicsArt" amd "Color Touch" yet

I use Vignette, BeFunky, Photoshop, PicSay and HDR Camera. Have fun!

@sharnic @icywarm @amoment @carrapeta00 So far there doesn't seem to be any consensus. I have pics art and haven't been thrilled. The adds seem to be in the way on my phone. It's beginning to sound like Pete may have been right. I guess I'll try some more.

Try Picplz - it's like Instagram. I've used it on most of the photos in my (new) 365 Project

I like Snaptastic. Has fun effects without being too clownish.

I use Picplz, Pixlr-o-matic and Mytubo, and find them all pretty good. I can't wait for the promised Instagram for Android to come out though!

I use Vignette or Little Photo! I'm going to look at snaptastic! I've heard people with iPhone's talk about it!
