Me and my girl friend Angel are celebrating our monthsary this 1st of February, and I would just like to share this video, I directed using the music of a friend. If the video doesn't appeal to you, at least the music, I hope will.

This is a hello to my old friends, and a hi to the new ones. I am quite sorry I wasn't able to visit the last few months, though I will try to visit more.

Please leave your comments regarding the videos, or any tips I can use, as I am not really a professional with video.

Peace and thanks. :)

Congrats on your monthsary! I liked the gritty feel and the music definitely fits. The thing that bothered me the most, at least in the beginning was that some of the scenes were out of focus. I especially noticed it in the close up of the purple flower. I wasn't sure where exactly the story was going but I put it together after a bit. Overall, very nice job. Way better than I think I could have done.

@shadesofgrey Thank you for taking the time to watch it. :) I shot this using my D90, and using a DLSR for video (at least the D90) is quite a pain in the focusing because it doesn't autofocus, like the normal videocameras. So, when I focus on a specific location and distance in the camera and then I move, it gets quite blurred. :) One of the reasons why now, I bought a video camera so the focusing problem will at least be lessened. :) Hope you enjoyed the story, because a lot of the people who watched was verifying their interpretations of the video, and they have different views. :D

Once more, thanks. :)

I haven't even tried using mine for video so I'm even more impressed! I might play around with it some but have you tried a manual focus lens? All the old Nikon lenses from the mid 70's on up fit the camera just fine. You can probably pick one up for a lot less than you might think. The beauty of Nikon is their mount hasn't changed. That was the overwhelming reason I picked the one I did! I have a few old lenses from the Nikon film SLR that was handed down to me from my parents. You might be able to get around the focusing issue that way, but I'm not sure
