So, from the previous response its looking like a Saturday afternoon/evening get together. How does Saturday March 3rd or 10th sound?

Im so so sorry peeps, I have been in Cornwall for the last few days and unable to reply. Also, a DOUBLE apology as I have double-booked myself for this date. I can make the 3rd but by far the 10th is the most popular choice so I think you guys should go ahead for the 10th and I will try again for a get-together maybe in May 2012 ???? Can I hand this one over to someone else to finalise the meeting place and time - I am SO sorry peeps, I am GUTTED I cant make it, I really wanted to meet up with you all !!! :( :( :(
