While I do have insurance against accidental damage that covers me for repairs. I don't have any cover against theft or loss for while I'm out and about.
I was just wondering what sort of policies other people have, How much your covered for, which companies are best to deal with and so on.
I know the obvious answer is to the value of your kit and go hit Google for quotes but my kit is ever expanding. I also have a thing for old manual lens and these tend to go up and down in value, not that much I know but still. I might find something rare at a car boot,stranger things have happened!
I'm especially interested to know about peoples experiences who have made claims, did you get a pay out, was it fast or have you been stung by some ridiculous clause and wasted your money ect.
