iPhone site?

February 19th, 2012
Around a month or so ago I had to log into the 365 site on my iPhone again, even though I didn't clear cookies. When I try to sign in, after entering my username and password I get a text page that starts with
("payload":...
and keeps going until it ends with errortext.

Anyone else having this problem? Do I need to reset the mobile safari settings or is something wrong with the login page?

I have no problem with it in Safari on iPod.

@echoia Weird. After clearing cookies and settings it still didn't work, but after deleting history it did.

I also changed it from not accepting any cookies to only those from visited sites. Not sure how that would have gotten changed.

Now and then I notice my iPod having trouble with sites so I just go and delete all saved info (really annoying since I tend to just make up passwords on the spot and leave things logged in!) and reset everything for Safari. It's so annoying in the moment, but reminding myself that I've been using that iPod for almost two years and it only happens about 2xs a year helps put it in perspective : )

Psssst....here's a secret: get an Android! I used to have an iPhone but I've found the Samsung GalaxyS2 has an excellent lens and everything, including the 365 site, works. But this is just personal experience...

I have an iPhone 4S and I find everything is absolutely fine with it :) Perhaps plug your phone into iTunes and do a restore (don't worry all your apps and info will be put back on afterwards without you having to do anything) and it should work after that? It's what I tend to do on the rare occasion I encounter problems, lol :)

I use 365 through my iPhone and have never had a problem, I hit the + symbol and have saved it to my home screen so it's like an app

After resetting the Safari settings I am able to use the site now.

@richardshears It isn't that the 365 site doesn't work on all iPhones, it was just mine and apparently just a settings issue. No need to move to Android.
