Editing spelling after posting picture

I have looked for this and unable to find an answer.
I sometimes press the confirm button to quick when up loading a picture and a little about it, thats I then find ( I know I should read before pressing the button) I have missed a word out in the sentence or missed spelled I was Just wondering if their is a way of editting the post after loading?

If you mean in your despcription, then you would just click the 'edit' button above the upper right corner of the photo.
