@smevvy Ah thanks Heather, that explains it, I did a quick search but couldn't find anything... that's the trouble with being in a different time zone you miss out on stuff :)
If it's to find someone on your friend or followers list page, go to your friend or followers list page, click control f on PC or Apple f on a mac, type in the name, and it will be highlighted on your page. So much better...:-)
