Ok I am relatively new to 365 and still learning my way around and how things work so forgive me if this is a silly question!
Why when I look at the days photos ( I always look everyday to see whats been going on and to spot new people) I never see my picture appear? I am sure there is a good reason my theme photos appear in themes I just dont understand it.can anyone explain?

Make sure the date at the top matches what you are looking for. It could be you are looking for the photo you posted on 3/15, but looking at 3/14, so yours doesn't pop out at you.
People upload at a rate that is hard to keep up with. I'll upload a picture, immediately click on browse>latest and my picture will already be halfway down the screen, if it's even there at all. Don't worry about it. your followers will see it in their home feeds.
Hi sue, the browse by day pages aren't always live, they can be delayed in updating for a while, and they aren't ordered chronologically either, so your photo could end up in the middle not necessarily at the end. Quirks eh.
Agree with @msk1p2 . I uploaded 5 minutes ago and it's already disappeared from the selection of 'latest'. Huge number of photos being uploaded all the time.
