Yesterday I tried posting two pictures. One was for the green theme, the other for the album cover challenge. Got them both uploaded, but when I clicked to get to the page to organize and tag, I got an "explorer cannot display webpage" message. Also tried uploading using the basic uploader, but same problem.
Tried off and on for over 5 hours to get to the page, no luck.
I emailed @scrivna and this morning, I WAS able to get to the organize page, but only the green theme shot was there.
So just now I tried uploading the album cover image again - same problem. File was huge in photoshop, but I saved it as medium in jpeg - at about 6MB. And usually I can load files that size without any problem.
Any idea what might be wrong? I resized the image to be small (260kb) and reloaded, but still can't get to the organize and tag page. And regardless, it would be good to know what's wrong with the file so I don't run into this again!
@gavincci yep... i converted to jpg before uploading... so i'm pretty sure that's not it... and i haven't had a problem with this kind of thing before... i've done other composite shots in photoshop, converted to jpg and had no problem loading them...
@northy ok... try this.... in upload section, you will see your personal email link.... try to attach your photo , and email it > to your personal link ... goodluck!
@gavincci tx!!!! hmm... ok... i just did that... BUT, now i'm wondering where do i go to find that email and i'm guessing it's the same page for organizing and tagging that i can't get to now... guess i'll have to wait for the block to clear... sigh... oh well, it's not like i have nothing else to do ;p

@lorraineb tx Lorraine... i might try to remember to shrink the file size before i post in the future, but that means keeping two copies as i don't want to lose the larger size for printing down the road :)
I had a similar problem.. I had send them by e mail from the phone.. went to the upload page nothing showed.. so came home.. went to the uploading process again and I managed.. the next morning.. what do I see.. it says you have two uploads you have to approve.. =) sometimes it proceeds late.. maybe you should try later..
@lorraineb ha ha ha... omg... i have a gazillion photos, and many saved in more than one spot... i really really really need to get on with organizing them!
