Oh my! As if that happens! Are they going to compensate you? Not that any conpensation will get your roll back... How does a lab 'lose' a roll of film anyway?
Yeah, what the? How do they lose a roll of film? Where they taking it to the local zoo to see the Pandas? Get Angry and if that doesn't work, Get Even.
I used to work in a photo lab...how on earth did the lose it! They only way that's possible is if they sent it away to be processed and it's been sent back to the wrong store - that means it might turn up.

Oh no that's awful = [ How ridiculous, that would be like a zoo keeper losing a rhino!.... well maybe something smaller than a rhino, but you get the comparison.
They are obviously irresponsible if they can manage to lose the very thing they base their business around. I am just sorry that you have lost those pictures.
