IM having problems trying to get my photos off it plugging in the usb cord to the camera and computer and its not going, i have pulled out the book and doing everything that says.
Is this the first time you have used this camera and computer togethre? Maybe the computer doesn't recognise the camera, and you have to download a disc. Hopefully someone with the same kind of camera will jump in and help you.
yea its the first time, i have installed the disk its come with, hence im so confused, hopefully someone can help or ill see if my hubby can help when he gets in tonight
@mikehamm using PC i have found the problem :( sadly my computer is STUFFED and isnt taking anything in the memory card slots of the USB...cause its all working well on my hubbys computer
Are you missing any updates on your computer? Also, might want to check your device drivers, sometimes rolling them back or updating them individually will fix those issues... might be time for an external hard drive :)
@binny nope missing no updates, just my USB and memory card slots are stuffed the computer has been in the wars with kids dropping it on the ground etc. I have an external hard drive just sadly that isnt working in my USB port either so i cant back everything up at the moment...Lucky hubby is a techie that can sort that kinda stuff out so will have a look at it for me
